I have always been creative.
After earning a degree in Hispanic Study,
I became an artisan and have been creating art since.
In the early 1990’s, my husband Daniel, my sister Nathalie and I founded
Magenta. Surrounded by talented artists, our company has continued to grow and we are proud to offer new stamp images and embellishments for every occasion and every season.
My passion for rubber stamping and scrapbooking has allowed me to share
ideas and discover new techniques.
The places I have been promoting Magenta
and the wonderful people I have met during this creative journey will forever inspire me.
When we Created Magenta in the early 90’s, it was just for fun.
This fun pastime quickly
became a full time job for all of us and a pleasure because it is an artistic and creative business.
I am more involved in the artistic department, designing rubber stamps, Peel off’s, and other products. I do find myself working in production and doing manufacturing tasks.
Teaching, demo’s and sharing knowledge and accidental artistic discoveries is another
way I contribute to the promotion and sale of Magenta Products.
One more very important duty I have at Magenta is the care and cuddling of our six Magenta Mascot cats…
Needless to say, Magenta no longer has a rodent problem!
I am a mother of two, Noemie 2 ½ and Alexis 3 months. I discovered scrapbooking during my first maternity leave. Being a graphic designer the creative side of scrapbooking immediately appealed to me.
Now I can create with the countless photos of my children. My scrapbooking passion has led me to work for Magenta.

Hi, I’m Valerie.
I am the graphic designer / illustrator at Magenta and I absolutely love it!
I adore any form of art, including drawing, painting, sculpting, singing and dancing. You name it, I’ve done it! I am outgoing and I try to enjoy life everyday without letting problems weigh me down.
I’m the proud mother of Florence (7 years old) and Eliot the Chihuahua (2 years old).
I love them both with all my heart and they are my main inspiration when I scrap or when
I create stamp designs for Magenta.Eliot loves to share the corner of my desk from time to time and he brightens everyones day at Magenta, running around and making everyone happy.
A true born artist, I have been creating since the age of 5. In school my passion was arts and entertainment Dancing 16 hours per day and creating art 10 hours per day. I now have a BAC in primary and preschool teaching.
At the end of my studies, I became the happy mom of pretty Émilianne (1996), and then splendid Charly (2002) and adorable Noah (2008). A little after Charly’s birth I dived in creating canvas of all sort, watercolor, acrylics and more specifically in 2006 I discovered scrapbooking which totally dazzled me, with all I could do with it, photography, drawing with copics, alterations of papers and various mediums and especially card making (one of my biggest passions)… In short everything to fill my heart … and filling my home with amazing memories.

I’m the mother of Vincent, 4 years old and Camille, 8 years old.
I’ve been scrapbooking for 2 ½ years. I was an avid knitter and enjoyed sewing, but since discovering scrapbooking I’ve put my needles to rest!
Photography has also become a passion due to scrapbooking and the birth of my children.
I spend so much time taking care of the children that I forgot myself and scrapbooking has helped me take time for myself and create beautiful scrapbook pages with unforgettable memories to last forever.

My name is Debby Visser. I have been scrapbooking for 10 years, with the last 5 being seriously addicted.
I live in Chilliwack, British Columbia. I am married to a wonderful man, 10 years now, and we have 4 children. My husband turned the kids playroom into a wonderful space for me to scrapbook in. I love being able to leave my stuff out and create when it hits me, without have to haul stuff out. (the kids have big bedrooms, and don't miss the playroom. I don't miss cleaning up all the toys either!)

I’ve been married for 11 years to a wonderful man. We have 4 children aged between 4 and 9, 1 girl and 3 boys. I have a degree in data processing, and left my work 4 years ago to stay at home with my kids and my pets were I’m swimming in happiness.
I’ve been scrapping for nearly 6 years and it is still a true passion. I love participating in challenges, contests and magazine calls. I also give scrapbooking workshops. It’s been 5 years since the Scrapbooking inspiration hit me and everything is an excuse to be creative. Photography is another passion of mine. My style ranges from Clean & Simple to the Shabby, I like evolving into many styles. Card making, pages or mini-albums allow me to grow while practicing new techniques.

My name is Genevieve Leblanc (nee Picotine). I live in Quebec City with my partner and our 3 adorable sons. I am a scientist with an artistic soul. My life has always been artistic with dance, music, and singing. One evening in December 2005 I caught the scrapbooking virus and have been addicted ever since. I have been published a few times in magazines and I am also proud to share my ideas and projects on the Internet via my scrapblog. My main inspiration is of course my photos. From big events in my life to small ones, I want to keep these souvenirs with scrapbook pages.
It is an honor to be a part of the Magenta Design team because what would scrapbooking be without beautiful, high quality products.
I am the mother of 3 beautiful children; David, Arian and Valerie who are between the ages of 3 - 9 years old. They are of course my first source of creativity. My day job is a project planner in the administrative field.
I discovered scrapbooking in September of 2006 during my last maternity leave. It was a wonderful way to fill my days and create beautiful memories for my children.
Since then, this hobby has become a passion. Scrapbooking enables me to develop the creative side of my personality. I alternate between scrapbook pages to cards and mini albums. I also enjoy creating my own sketches.
I am still evolving as a scrapbooker observing all the inspiration on the internet. I know that scrapbooking will always be part of my life.
Born in France, I have been calling Quebec home for 14 years. I discovered Scrapbooking in 2006 which has become my true passion.

Hi I’m Nadine D’amours. Like my french last name indicates, I love a lot of things… especially scrapbooking! I started this hobby as a part of my work 4 years ago. I had to organize a scrap activity with 40 mothers. I did my first page then and since I have not stopped. You will notice my principal subjects are my travels and lately my little cat. I work as a Legal Assistant but first of all I’m the mother of 2 wonderful children that I love with all my heart, Marilyne 18, a stylish little ray of sunshine and Patrick 15, talented sportsman with a kind heart. I discovered scrapbooking in 2003 thanks to a friend and a little journey in a Funfair Park where I was attracted to a scrapbook full of colors and die cuts ! Since then I’ve researched scrapbooking on the internet and discovered a new and wonderful world !
Since then my life was changed ! Scrapbooking helped me in bad moments, like my Father’s death. I’ve met new good friends around the world by internet, thanks to scrapbooking.
I love scrapbooking because it makes me feel happy, and free. I am the organizer of the Paper and Co Show Italy which is a large international scrapbooking event in Europe. You'll find in my work a lot of inspiration, bright colors, embellishments, paint, sewing and more. I put my heart in my work and it is very obvious!
I’m a 40 SAHM in love with my husband, with our 2 sons and with… scrapbooking!
I began a scrapbooker just 2 years ago: from that time my little house has scraps of paper everywhere! I love taking photos, so I found the right way to preserve them together with our family memories. I really enjoy thinking my sons will have tons of memories about our life together! But I’m a scrapbooker also because it’s relaxing, it’s funny and I can be just like a kid playing with paper, glue, embellishments and gorgeous stuff!!!
